Fat Loss diet update....

so WOW!! The fruit & veggie juicing is the real deal!! I have adjusted it since my day job is technology based, I kind of need to be on my game. So I have adjusted as follows

breakfast:
juice-1 apple, 3 carrots, 3 celery stalks, 1 cucumber, 1 beet
omelet-2 whole eggs, 1 cup egg whites
1 cup blue berries
2 pieces ezekiel bread

mid morning:
power crunch bar

lunch:
HUGE salad-as many different veggies as I can get
4 to 6 oz of a protein
small amount of fruit if needed

mid afternoon:
power crunch bar

dinner:
4 oz protein
4 oz of a starch
2 servings of veggies

NOW remember this was followed by a week of juicing 3 times a day plus a regular dinner.

So results right now: my bodyfat is down 3%, my waist is down 2 inches and by the end of the day my pants seem to be falling off and I am leaner than I have been in a long time. Plus on Friday nights I eat Chinese food with my wife!!

You WILL feel a huge difference once you start juicing. Your skin, and hair will change dramatically!! And you just feel totally different, almost like you just drank an energy drink. SPOOKY!!

Next time, supplements that are beneficial

Could you post how you started the juicing diet? What you drank, etc? Do you just use a LaLanne juicer?

Matt what is a power crunch bar and is that the brand? I read your article and I have been eating the supreme... wow are they high in sugar alchol... ugh!

the brand name is power crunch, and they have zero sugar alcohols!
