Cell Membrane Health- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) make sure that cell membranes stay healthy. Fish oils turn on the lipolytic genes (fat burning genes.)

Increase the utilization of fat stores from the fat cells.
Reduced Inflammation from physical training and exercise.
Pain management from the reduced inflammation.
EPA regulates bloody supply to the brain that is essential in the maintenance of focus in strength training sessions. DHA is important in brain membranes, memory and cognitive function.
Fish oils increase serotonin levels (the happy neurotransmitter). Therefore, fish oils can reduce bouts of depression, panic attacks, and reduce carbohydrate cravings.
Fish oils will improve your cardiovascular risk profile by lowering VLDL, triglycerides, homocysteine, fibrinogen, and help increase HDL levels.

There you have it, ten reasons to take fish oils. It is available at any health food store and the brands along with price will vary. Just make sure it has EPA and DHA and you will be on the right track. Also, with any oil, if left out at room temperature it can become rancid so make sure to keep it refrigerated.
