Fat Loss Tips

Here is a quick fat loss tip for you. When doing your cardiovascular training start doing interval training if you are crunched for time. Traditional cardio (where people spend 30 minutes staring at a television at an easy pace) is boring and can be a waste of time. Interval training however is short and intense. Interval training bouts typically only last 20 to 30 minutes maximum. You pick a piece of cardio equipment you want to use (or it can be done outside or on a track) and you will do your normal 5 minute warm up. Once warmed up you will sprint as hard and fast as you can for 30 seconds, then you will slow your pace and intensity levels going at a very easy pace for 90 seconds to catch your breath. You have now completed one interval. If this is your first time with intervals I suggest you start with only 10 minutes and add 2 minutes per week. If 10 minutes sounds easy, then try it. If you are actually "sprinting" then you may not even make the 10 minute time frame!
