Well training is going well. I am still suffering from shoulder problems and it is steadily getting better. I am really trying to focus on getting in my cardio right now and staying consistent. But with left shoulder pain, left wrist pain and lower back pain it is difficult right now. But then again, if it were easy everyone would do it and be great! Thats a good life lesson.
