Todays training went very well. My left wrist is still really bothering me however so I have again to modify things abit.

I have started to implement cardio activity to continue my progress


ran one mile 7:29
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 bodyweight squats
finished with another mile 10:58

The entire workout took me roughly 43 minutes. My diet is the sampe I did however add some milled flax seeds to breakfast this morning and an orange 2 hours after my workout because of the intensity.
