Today went well, I am actually down 3 pounds and 1% bodyfat. Things are going well, I have actually upped my fiber as I started chewing chocolate fiber tabs to help tid me over between meals. It really helps, and they actually taste like chocolate pudding, go figure. So todays diet was brief and simple as it was a busy day. It was as follows;
Breakfast 6:00 am
1 scoop spark
3 whole omega 3 eggs
1 scoop whey isolate protein
1 scoop blended green powders
1 tbsp milled flax seed
Mid Morning 9:00 am
2 whole omega 3 hardboiled eggs
albacore tuna in water
omega mayo 1 tbsp mixed
1 cup green tea
Lunch
1 chicken breast
2 cup spinach
1/4 cup diced peppers
1 tbsp fish oil
Pre workout
10 bcaa
1 muscle fuel
1 scoop whey isolate
During workout
10 bcaa
1/2 gallon water
Post workout
1 scoop rehydrate
1 scoop whey isolate
10 bcaa
5 grams creatine
10 grams glutamine
10 grams glycine
1 scoop post workout recovery
1 hour later
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop whey/casein
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
Dinner
2 chicken breast
2 cup spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup diced peppers
2 cup brocolli
Plus I had 5 fiber choice tabs today, my multi-vitamin, 6 fish oil capsules, night-time recovery before bed, and one big diet pepsi!
Training was Upper body only today, my right shoulder is beginning to bother me and my left IT band is hurting like I was beating all day like a pinata

was going to do some rehab work for my shoulders and legs but I was way too tired. I felt really fatigued and run down very quickly today, didnt even get my cardio in today! I am so fired! Until tomorrow..
