5 steps

I was reading an article on creating my annual marketing calendar and it had a great section on how to accomplish a specific task (in my case my marketing calendar,in your case whatever you set out to do!)

1. set goals
2. complete your assessment
3. create your plan
4. implement your plan
5. track, review, update/modify

These 5 steps can be used for anything in life, ESPECIALLY health and fitness! Take for example, weightloss. Set a goal of 10 pounds to lose by a certain date, have your bodyfat and measurements taken, have a customized plan created for you, do it, remeasure and reassess along the way to your goal. Piece a cake!
